A intelligent, mature dramedy about all the tension and anxiety of a family-filled thanksgiving. The film is talented at making this family natural and authentic, they clearly had been through this before. It at it's funniest when the family is pushed to the extremes. It's well made and enjoyable, if not too episodic and predictable at times.
