Night Owl

Gomorrah

Viewed: 04 April 2011
Directed by: Matteo Garrone
Listed in: Movies, Netflix

A document of the entrenched, endemic nature of the Camorra in the society of Naples. Skillfully filmed, gritty and violent, it is a complex interweaving of multiple characters. The stories were so numerous they lacked impact, emerging as vignettes. It also leads to many false endings. The actual ending being something of a relief.
