The Killing

Early Kubrick. Pretty good, didn't hold my attention during all the parts, but then I'm nearing the end of my sleep study. The story was very good, the film noir was closer to the extreme side, which I like. Very dark shadows, very little light. Kinda of early experiment for Barry Lyndon. Had an ending that is Kubrick, not happy at all. The connections to Reservoir Dogs are very apparent. I think I might add this to my list to buy. The Third Man and the Killing. Kubrick Noir. Cool. Killer's Kiss was a disappointment, but this one lived up to my expectations. Cool. "Whats the point"
