Contempt

Viewed: 13 July 2004
Directed by: Jean-Luc Godard
Listed in: Movies, Netflix

Goddard meets pillow talk. A writer is hired to make some changes to the screen play of Ulysses, directed by Fritz Lang. He lets his wife take a car ride with the no nonsense American Producer (Played wonderfully by Jack Palance). This leads to her contempt and the end of their relationship. I know there is much more to this film, much more I should be picking up on the reading. However I never really cared enough to really look into it. The scenes on the set of the movie were interesting. I could barely stay awake when they kept talking about the relationship. It just never grabbed my attention.
