Teenage angst in polite 1950’s suburban Los Angeles. Even the “gang” of misfit youths who terrorize the town are polite (they are good boys who just get in a little trouble). The Police wear tight leather jackets, just like the gang. Rebel Without a Cause was good, a little simplistic but worthy of it’s reputation.
