Stories of travelers in Memphis over the course of one night. A Japanese couple traveling the country by train, theoretically coming for Elvis memorabilia. An Italian widow, traveling with her husband’s corpse, is stuck overnight waiting for a plane. A women running from her boyfriend, an Englishman recovering from the loss of his job and girlfriend. It shows the intersections and in some cases, very boring lives of its characters. It weaves them all together in a rundown hotel on the outskirts. Strangely the characters never interact with each other and each others stories. The stories exist independently. It is a fun film that makes something out of very little.
